Effect of Preparation Conditions on Phase Composition and Texture
of Mesoporous Zirconium Dioxide

Some peculiarities of zirconium dioxide phase compositions and textures changes depending on reaction medium content and conditions of subsequent hydrothermal treatment were ascertained. The conditions of preparation of uniformly mesoporous zirconium dioxide with pore size in the range of 50÷64 Å were de- termined. It is established that alkaline treatment of zirconium dioxide hydrogel promotes formation of nanosized particles stable against sintering.
