Electric and Photoconductivity of Polymeric Films
Based on 7-Okten-2,4-dione Co

Features of the dark current and photocurrent in sandwich-structures with films of Co complexes with 7-okten-2,4-dione are investigated. The photoconductivity slightly increases at small strengths of electric field and decreases in high electric fields under temperature growth within the range 290-370 K. The change of the photoconductivity character from semiconductor to metallic one is observed under growth of electric field. It is supposed that the number of Co3+ ions responsible for electron transfer changes un- der changes of electric field or temperature.
