Kinetics of Interaction of O2 with Silica-Supported Oxocomplexes of Mo(V)
in Outer Sphere Reaction of Electron Transfer

The dependence between the rate constants of the reaction ke and that of the substrate decrease km in closed reactor is used to consider the kinetics of interaction of SiO2-supported oxocomplexes of Mo5+ with dioxygen distributed between the gas phase, silica, and the complexes. The kinetic criterion to choice the mechanism of the photo- and thermal reactions with collisional or equilibrium intermediate is presented.
