Kinetics of Dissolution of Gold in Solutions of Thiosemicarbazide

Kinetics of dissolution of gold in solutions of thiosemicarbazide were studied in the presence of an oxidizing agent, FeCl3. The composition of the complex [Au{(NH2)2NHC=S}3]+ was determined. The reaction rates of dissolution of gold at 278-298 K, the constant of stability, the constant of instability and equilibrium constant at 288 K and activation energy were calculated.
