Influence of the Nature of Adsorbed Ions on Formation
of the Nanosized Zirconium Dioxide Particles

The influence of the Ca2+, Ba2+, La3+, silicate and phosphate ions on the formation of structure of the nanosized zirconium dioxide was ascertained. It was shown that incorporation Ca2+ and silicate ions leads to better stabilization of the tetragonal phase and nanosized particles of zirconium dioxide at 500-1000 oC.
