Kinetic Model for PTC Aminolysis of 4-Nitrophenyl Acetate by Solid Potassium Glycinate

Using the data on kinetics of 4-nitrophenyl acetate aminolysis by solid potassium glycinate in the pres- ence of 18-crown-6 in chlorobenzene, the PTC mechanism in the solid/liquid system was proposed. Quan- titative parameters were determined for all stages of the catalytic reaction cycle including the partitioning of the reagents between the phases and the reactions involved.
