Peculiarities of Formation of CdSe Nanoparticles in Aqueous Sodium Polyphosphate Solutions

Formation of stable aqueous colloidal solutions of polyphosphate-stabilized CdSe nanoparticle by reac- tion between cadmium chloride and sodium selenosulfate was studied. It was shown that the temperature and the ratio between the initial concentrations of the reagents are basic parameters controlling the size of CdSe nanoparticles.
