Spectral (IR, NMR, UV-vis) and luminescent properties of new mixed ligand complexes bis(4-benzoyl-3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-pyrazolin-5-onato)zirconium(IV) and hafnium(IV) phthalocyanines were investigated in various organic solvents. Fluorescent quantum yields, natural life times and molar extinction coefficient were determined.
