Immobilization of protein A on the surface of magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles, covered by the layer of tin(IV) hydroxide, allowed to prepare magnetic nanosorbent, which selectively binds immunoglobulines. The possibility to perform selective extraction of immunoglobulines from biological media with the use of the prepared sorbent was shown.
