Effect of Microenvironment and Conformation of Immobilized Ligand
on Its Interaction with Macromolecular Receptor

Simple statistical model of interaction between low-molecular weight immobilized ligands of the same type and macromolecular receptors was considered. On example of the interaction of the immobilized sulfamethoxazole with a selective antibody the adequacy of the proposed approach for establishment of the dependence of adsorption capacity of the surface on the surface density of the immobilized ligand and its charge state was shown using surface plasmon resonance.
