Influence of Fractal Dimension of Porous Catalysts
on Macrokinetics of CO Oxidation

The rate of CO oxidation reaction on catalysts with different fractal dimension was studied in kinetic and internal diffusive regimes. The linear dependence between fractal dimension of the catalyst DF and coeffi- cient γ in "reaction-diffusion" equation was established. The possibility of calculation of the catalyst fractal dimension from macrokinetic measurements was shown.
