Electric and Photoconductivity of the Composite Films Based
on Poly[2-metoxy-5-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylen-vinylene] Doped
with Zinc Octabutylphthalocyanin and C60

The features of photoconductivity of the composite films based on poly[2-metoxy-5- (2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylen-vinylene] doped with zinc 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octabutylphthalocyanin and C60 were studied. The quenching of luminescence and growth of photoconductivity were observed when C60 is added into the composites. The growth of photoconductuvuty was connected with capture of electrons and by their transport through the C60 molecules.
