A method of preparation of polymer- and surfactant-stabilized colloidal selenium nanoparticles has been developed, their structural and optical properties have been characterized. It has been shown that at the deposition of CdS and Cd0,5Zn0,5S onto the surface of Se nanoparticles followed by the selenium dis- solution with sodium sulfite, one can obtain 30-50 nm nano-networks formed by 3-5 nm CdS or Cd0.5Zn0.5S particles.
